Postponed financial reports – Investor Relations

ORTELIUS International AB (publ) (“ORTELIUS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: ORTIN) today announces that the Company’s Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the publication of the Financial Report for Q1 2026 as well as the Annual report 2025 due to administrative factors.

The publication of the Q1 report will be moved from May 29 to June 5 and the annual report will be moved from June 3 to June 8.
