ORTELIUS International AB (publ): Directed Set-Off Issues Registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office

ORTELIUS International AB (publ) announces that the directed set-off issues resolved by the Board of Directors on 25 June 2026 and 29 June 2026 have now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket). The issues were carried out on the basis of the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting and involved the set-off of outstanding claims against newly issued shares.

Following the registrations, the number of shares in ORTELIUS International AB (publ) has increased by a total of 21,408,361 shares, from 103,648,649 shares to 125,057,010 shares. The share capital has increased by a total of SEK 802,937.92, from SEK 3,887,426.52 to SEK 4,690,364.44.
